Ron L. Nation, MAI, SRA
Founder of JVI and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of JVI Solutions, LLC. He holds both the MAI and SRA professional designations conferred by the Appraisal Institute and has 35 years of experience as a staff appraiser, fee appraiser, chief appraiser consultant and appraisal business owner. He has personal experience appraising most property types and has been active in eminent domain valuation for both government agencies and individual property owners. In 1991 Ron founded JVI to provide real estate appraisal and consulting services to a wide variety of local and national clients including banks, insurers, government agencies and more.
Marc Matoza
Marc is Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Marc brings to JVI more than thirty years of technology and corporate management experience with Hewlett Packard, Netscape Communications, Ashton-Tate, AlphaGraphics SA, MarcTech SA and Swing Solutions. Marc is an industry recognized expert in online security, new media, the internet, online marketing and sales channel management. He has managed profitable operations internationally and domestically, holding “C” level positions. Marc has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University.
William “Hank” Pruett
Hank is Executive Vice President of Client Relations and has been with JVI Solutions, LLC for over 17 years. Hank has spent his entire business career in the appraisal industry. He has extensive hands on experience appraising a wide variety of property types. His experience also includes REO appraisal process management, construction management, pre-acquisition consulting, site selection, eminent domain appraising and more. Hank also has experience as a course instructor for many industry related education courses and is now responsible for partner relations as well as systems management and customization.
Robert "Bob" McKenna
Bob is Vice President of JVI Appraisal Division’s Review & Quality Control and has over 12 years experience with JVI. Bob’s has extensive background in consumer lending and real estate mortgages. Bob is a State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and a State-Certified Residential Appraiser Instructor. Bob’s JVI initiatives include course and seminar development, vendor appraiser training, teaching of JVI courses and seminars, development and communication of JVI appraisal policies, management of appraisal. He is also responsible for overseeing appraisal reviewers and support staff, resolution of difficult appraisal and review problems and appraisal quality monitoring.
Jon Etling
Jon is Vice President of Account Management for JVI’s Appraisal Division and has over 10 years experience with JVI. Jon currently works with JVI’s national clients to develop an effective appraisal ordering and tracking system to ensure compliance with industry requirements, which include: appraiser independence, appraiser selection, and various appraiser ranking tools. Jon has also created various work-flow processes, organization charts, disaster recovery plans, and business development plans to facilitate growth of the organization. Jon is also responsible for a team of 10 account managers and 2 assistant account managers to process JVI’s appraisal orders.
